PostuLift Method: Certification (Online)
Practitioners and wellness professionals will learn the core principles of posture and targeted movement strategies to address forward head posture, rounded shoulders, mid-back rounding, and lower back flattening with a tucked pelvis. They will also gain the skills to properly fit clients and confidently coach the use of the PostuLift device during sessions.
